Meet JENNIFER
Jennifer McLauchlen is a lifelong Hamptons resident and third-generation real estate broker with more than 30 years of experience in the East End market.
Her grandfather, James R. “Bob” McLauchlen II, founded James R. McLauchlen Real Estate, Inc. in Southampton in 1962. Her father, James R. “Jim” McLauchlen III, joined the firm in 1972 and spent more than five decades in Hamptons real estate and appraisal. Today, Jennifer proudly carries that family tradition forward as Owner and Broker.
Jennifer's experience encompasses luxury and residential sales, waterfront and village properties, land, commercial and investment real estate, and seasonal rentals. One of Jennifers notable transactions include representing the purchasers of 120 Meadow Lane in Southampton Village, which sold for approximately $26 million in 2009 and ranked as the highest-priced Hamptons sale of that year.
An active member of the Southampton community, Jennifer also raised her two children here. Her family has enjoyed the lifestyle that makes the East End so special—its beaches, fishing, sailing, camping and life on the water. She is a member of the Southampton Business Alliance, the Southampton Yacht Club and the Water Mill Bridge Club.
That personal connection, combined with decades of professional experience, gives Jennifer an intimate understanding of both Hamptons real estate and the lifestyle her clients are seeking.
More than 60 years after her grandfather founded the company, Jennifer continues the McLauchlen tradition of local knowledge, personal service, integrity and commitment to the community.
